TLC's first HOLIDAY Craft show of the season;
BRICK ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 2015 Holiday Craft Show
Traffic was pretty constant, the weather was cold and windy but the SALES were great for our booth.
I was so thankful that my former neighbor and partner/sidekick at any awesome event; Ms. Dana Bartush, joined me again this year for this show. She brought some of her awesome pallet art and hand crocheted hats, which were quite popular. We also brought some of neighbor and friend Don Rippey of EAGLES NEST ART GLASS Stained Glass work with us. Lot's of looks, but people were interested in his at home OPEN HOUSE to see ALL of his inventory, so they were taking cards for that.
WE made a new fan or two of the girls from KK's school, and several of our doll clothing items found new homes. As usual, Karen Cook and her crew did a wonderful job putting this event together, and I managed to get some leads from her on another show I am putting together for December.
On a sad note, my illness is progressing and I will soon be taking oral chemo to try to get it under control. I fear that it may put me out of service for the craft show circuit for a good while, so this next show, may just be my last for a good while, if not permanently. Our last show, will be at the New Location for the BELLEVILLE LIGHTHOUSE CHURCH... I'll be writing on that as soon as I have some time... organizing an event takes alot of behind the scenes work ;)
Hoping your family has a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving Holiday!! Save the Date for December 12, 2015 for our next show, and December 5 2015, head on to DOWNTOWN BELLEVILLE, you'll see TLC (Teri & Mike) along with my daughter & grand daughter with the Rosie the Riveter entry, as the Rosies have chosen to have me as their guest of honor... and ride in the awesome ROSIE JEEP. - - See my MBC... blog post for an explanation there ;)
Here are a few pics we managed to get of our booth at Brick, and their event flier. I had wanted to add some of the entire event, but just did not have time! Thanks again Karen, you are the best ;)
