I am so excited to tell you all that TLC Gardens & Crafts will be participating in the 2013 Van Buren Parks & Recreation HOLIDAY ARTS & CRAFTS SHOW on Dec. 7, 2013!!!
I have had a difficult end of the year medically speaking, having discovered a fracture in my femur in mid November. As the breast cancer metstases are in my bones, and that particular femur bone is affected with the cancer, this prompted my oncologist to order an emergency surgery to install a titanium rod in my femur on my right leg. This was to prevent the fracture, which was near the top of the bone, near the hip joint, from spreading further into the joint itself, causing even more complication. I am on the road to recovery and begin my Physical Therapy tomorrow. I had to miss a show in November at the Brick Elementary School that would have been an awesome venue for our product... that of course, being handmade clothing and accessories for American Girl sized dolls, both 15 & 18 inch dolls!! (see slide show for some of our inventory)
With all that, I am hoping this show on Sat Dec. 7th will be a great turnout and we will have a profitable day. Stop on out and visit our booth, mention this post to receive 20% off your purchase from TLC Gardens & Crafts! The City of Belleville will also hold their annual WINTER FEST on the same day, complete with their LIGHTED Christmas Parade followed by FIREWORKS on the LAKEFRONT to end the day.
I hope you are able to stop out and enjoy our little town of Belleville, MI this Saturday. We are a small town, with a HUGE amount of fun and talent to share!!
Speaking of sharing, we hope you will do us the favor of sharing THIS to help increase the odds for that profitable day ;) I've got a wheelchair ramp and wheelchair to pay for afterall..

I love to create things. Mostly, things made for the little ones in our lives, but also for the bigger kids and adults as well. I sew, scrapbook, create floral displays, make beaded jewelry and tote bags,... just about anything except freehand painting or drawing. I love to create great food as well, so on occasion, I will be sharing some great dishes and recipes.
