HOLIDAY Arts, Crafts & Vendor Market FUNDRAISER

Picture
TLC Gardens & Crafts / Belleville Arts, Crafts & Vendor Market are organizing this event, to help benefit the Lighthouse Church General Building fund for their NEW LOCATION at 16650 Sumpter Road, Belleville MI.

Local Artists, Crafters, and your favorite Direct Sales Vendors will gather in the Church Gymnasium at The Lighthouse Church on December 12 2015 to provide you one stop Holiday Shopping under one roof.
The Youth Ministry and Classrooms will be available for your children to participate in craft projects and entertainment in a separate area from the Market, so that you can shop without worry that your children can see what you purchase ;)  Joelene Brzezinski of CAT's MEOW Face Design, LLC is donating a few hours for the day to provide face painting for the kids on site and keep them otherwise occupied as "mom & dad" shop!   Donations will be welcome for the Childrens' Ministry should you chose to take advantage of this service.
Food will be available for purchase, served by the Church Staff.  The menu will consist of Hot Dogs, Chili Dogs, Nachos, Chips, Water, Pop, and Coffee.   There will also be a Baked Goods table with goodies made by members of the Church for sale, which the baked goods sales will help the church's OUTREACH program for those in need of clothing, meals, household items, etc.
We will have LIVE ENTERTAINMENT on the stage for a while during the day, courtesy of Ypsilanti's Alley Records; Steve Somers and Friends, playing a variety of Holiday Music, Soft Jazz and more.

Raffles of items from our Market participants and local businesses, as well as 50/50 Drawings will be held; with all proceeds benefitting the Church. In fact, all proceeds from this event (not participant profits) will be provided to the Belleville Lighthouse General Building Fund. Having just moved into their new building over the summer of this year; after decades in the small building on Willis Road, there are lots of things to take care of to be better able to serve Belleville MI and surrounding communities in the way they have dreamed of doing !! You may want to follow our event on FACEBOOK  where each participant is welcome to post their specials or photos of their product lines.
We have over 30 participants now, which includes our music and yours truly... with my Hand Made American Girl Doll clothes and Custom METAVIVOR Awareness Jewelry items.  Shown below are some images from some of  the crafters and vendors/productlines we have added to our list of awesome participants!  Our show will have them, and many others present for your gift purchasing needs!  IN addition, we hope to have a gift wrapping station for your convenience!

***I'd like to add to this post that on December 20 2015, we were able to present The Lighthouse Church with $1,200.00 raised by this event!  Special thanks to our entertainment for the day; Joelene Brzezinski of Cats Meow Face Design LLC., for donating your time and materials to provide face painting for the guests and Mr.Steve Somers and friends for entertaining us on Stage with guitar music.  Steve owns Alley Records of Ypsilanti where he provides recording services, and also teaches guitar and music classes at various locations in the Ypsilanti area.

I love to create things.  Mostly, things made for the little ones in our lives, but also for the bigger kids and adults as well.   I sew, scrapbook, create floral displays, make beaded jewelry and tote bags,... just about anything except freehand painting or drawing.  I love to create great food as well, so on occasion, I will be sharing some great dishes and recipes.
