We are SO proud to announce that Guinness World Book of Records has accepted the data from our attempt on March 29, 2013 with 778 ladies of all ages in one place dressed as Rosie the Riveter and have AWARDED the Record to the YANKEE AIR MUSEUM!
Find out more at the SAVE THE BOMBER PLANT website, where you can also find out how you may donate to help to save this piece of history to allow the YANKEE AIR MUSEUM to renovate and move into the actual building the bomber planes were created in, the home plant of the namesake for Rosie the Riveter, Willow Run Bomber Plant in Ypsilanti, MI.
Thank you to all of the ladies and gentlemen that helped to make this day and record possible. On behalf of the Rosies of Yankee Air Museum, without YOU - this would not have been possible!

I love to create things. Mostly, things made for the little ones in our lives, but also for the bigger kids and adults as well. I sew, scrapbook, create floral displays, make beaded jewelry and tote bags,... just about anything except freehand painting or drawing. I love to create great food as well, so on occasion, I will be sharing some great dishes and recipes.
